- ewoksid14.timepix4.t4_write.save_nxdata(filename, name, h3d, toa_edges, relative_toa=True)[source]#
Save a 3D histogram in NeXus NXdata format (HDF5) with TOA bin centers. The 3D histogram has shape (n_rows, n_cols, n_toa). Also creates an additional NXdata group with the histogram summed along time.
